19074481_1520867841299053_741079705_oNupur Saraswat is a passionate stage performer, who brings an electric energy on stage along with her bold words. Her volatile words and performance style has been praised by the most sought-after lyricist of Bollywood – Javed Akhtar with whom she has shared a stage in 2016. She has performed for big stages like UN Women, TEDx, India Conversations, Under 25 Summit, and DPS schools.
Nupur, who is from Singapore, also runs a collective where she curates artists (ask her about your artist needs at Beasts of Bed and Battlefield). At an age of 22, she is a lot of things – a recruitment consultant, an environmental engineer, a writer, and a spoken-word artist. But more than anything else, she is “that girl with a flower in her curly hair”.
Kate Black-Regan is a performance artist, vocalist, and poet engaged in expressive art therapy. At the root of her work is a deep trust in the power of transformative growth through creative expression. Her art explores the potential to reclaim, re-story, and re-envision roles and narratives with a dynamic feminist lens. Originally from Philadelphia, US, she collaborates with a wide range of creative makers globally, facilitates multidisciplinary workshops, and is currently residing in Bangalore, India.
